About Holistica House

Holistica House is a boutique yoga studio located in El Monte, CA. We offer in-person yoga classes, sound sessions, private bookings, and wellness events in an intimate, appointment-only setting with a maximum of 8 participants per class.

Bookings & Payments

All classes must be booked in advance through our website. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our payment provider.

• Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals
• Prices are subject to change at any time. Any changes will not affect existing paid bookings
• Founding Member rates are locked in for the duration of your active membership

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancel 4+ hours before class: Your class credit is returned to your account
• Cancel less than 4 hours before class: The class credit is forfeited
• No-shows: The class credit is forfeited
• Class packs: Non-refundable once purchased, but credits do not expire
• Drop-in classes: Non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with 4+ hours notice

If Holistica House cancels a class, you will receive a full class credit to your account.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect for other participants, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may ask you to wait for the next available class. Late arrivals that disrupt class will be treated as a no-show.

Health & Participation

By booking a class, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in yoga or the booked activity. You agree to:

• Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class
• Not participate if you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition
• Listen to your body and modify or rest as needed during class

Holistica House is not a medical provider. Our classes are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program.

Liability Waiver

Participation in yoga and wellness activities involves physical risk. By booking with Holistica House, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You participate at your own risk
• Holistica House, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our classes or events
• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during and after class

Studio Rules & Conduct

To maintain a safe and welcoming space for everyone, we ask all participants to:

• Remove shoes before entering the studio space
• Silence mobile phones during class
• Respect the space, equipment, and other participants
• Avoid strong fragrances out of respect for those with sensitivities
• Leave the space as you found it

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.

Photography & Recording

Photography and video recording during classes is not permitted without prior written consent from Holistica House. Occasional photos may be taken by Holistica House for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before class.

Private Sessions & Events

Private bookings and events require a deposit at time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event. Full details will be provided at time of booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and class descriptions — is the property of Holistica House and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
