About Us
Holistica House is a boutique yoga studio in El Monte, CA — created for people who want something more personal, more intentional, and more welcoming than anything else out there.
Our Story
Holistica House was born from a simple belief — that wellness should feel intimate, not institutional. No crowded rooms. No pressure to keep up. Just a carefully curated space where you can actually arrive, breathe, and reset.
We wanted a space where a complete beginner feels as welcome as someone with years of practice. Where your mom or your grandparent could walk in and feel at home. Where the class is small enough that your instructor actually sees you.
We also believe yoga should be accessible across cultures and languages — because the benefits of this practice shouldn't depend on what language you grew up speaking. So we built it.
"This isn't just a class. It's a space to move, breathe, reset, and reconnect — come as you are, leave feeling different."
— Holistica House
Our Mission
We're building something different here. A community where the older generation feels welcome, where language isn't a barrier, and where showing up — in whatever form that takes — is always enough.
Your First Visit
Reserve your spot in minutes. You'll get a confirmation with your class details, address, and everything you need to know. Hint: just bring yourself — we've got the rest.
Walk into a calm, clean space. Your mat is set up, your towel is ready, and your instructor will greet you personally. No rushing, no confusion. Just a warm welcome.
Classes are 60 minutes, capped at 8 people. Your instructor guides you through everything — modifications always offered, no judgment ever. You set the pace.
That post-class glow is real. You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more like yourself. That's the whole point — and it's why people keep coming back.
Your Instructors
500-Hour RYT · CorePower Certified · Sound Bath Facilitator · Founder, Flows + Creates Studio
Teeana came to yoga the way most meaningful things arrive — unexpectedly, during a season of change. After 16 years in competitive athletics, she found herself at a crossroads and discovered the quiet poetry of vinyasa flow. She never looked back.
Her name carries her roots: "Tee" for her grandfather Huang Xing Ti, who journeyed from Fujian, China; "ana" for her Filipina grandmother, Angelina Reyes. That heritage of movement, migration, and resilience lives in every class she teaches.
A 500-hour registered yoga teacher and founder of her own creative wellness studio, Teeana brings intention, musicality, and a deeply inclusive approach to every class. At Holistica House, she leads Signature Flow and Sound Restore.
